ScoutERP
A set of modules I built in 2013 for OpenERP that lets scout groups manage their participants, plan and evaluate activities, and handle the payments for them. It also includes tools to export data for the Spanish Association of Scouts (ASDE).
What it covers
- Participants and scouters. Members and their information, including health data, subscriptions and member evaluation.
- Activities. Programming, management and evaluation of activities, with a set of ready-made free-time games.
- Payments. The cost of activities and the payments from each member.
- Association tools. vCard export and reports to share data with ASDE.
- Publishing. A module to publish content to a WordPress site.
Design
The functionality is split into small, focused modules (base, association, health, subscription, activities programming and management, widgets and so on), so a group installs only what it needs.
Good to know
This project dates from 2013. It was developed for OpenERP 7.0 and has not been tested on Odoo, so it would need porting to run on a current version.
